What is a mindfulness journal? How can it help me personally? Calm created the perfect mindfulness journal and it is my new favorite thing to do. I don’t normally keep a journal because I like for my writing to have a purpose. This journal does just that. It helps you let go, plan your week and even helps you practice gratitude. there are many more benefits to This journal so take a look and take 5 minutes to discover the wisdom that lives within you. Make it part of your self-care routine.

Find a nice relaxing place to collect your thoughts. I find I am most comfortable outside with nature. It really helps me to collect my thoughts in a natural way.
